Nice playing. Sounds like you're having fun with your new BR-80.

I've added the ReverbNation player to your post, but you should learn how to do that yourself. You'll find instructions here:

https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?action=articles;sa=view;article=9

Unfortunately, they're not as clear as I'd like them to be because I simplified the way the player works after writing those instructions. The "Artist_ID" part no longer applies. So here's a brief outline to get you going. See the instructions above if you need further details.

  • On the ReverbNation page for your song, right-click on the blue "Download Free MP3" button and select "Copy Link Location" (or whatever the equivalent is in your browser - I use Firefox).

  • In your Songcrafters message, click the button which will insert the following code into your message at the current cursor location:

    [reverbnation][/reverbnation]

  • Place the cursor between those tags (it will probably already be there) and paste the contents of the clipboard. It should now look something like this:

    [reverbnation]http://www.reverbnation.com/audio_player/download_song/18172512?modal=true[/reverbnation]

  • Now delete everything you just pasted except for the Song ID number which in this case is 18172512. The finished code should look like this:

    [reverbnation]18172512[/reverbnation]

That's it. If you want to see what it looks like before posting (always a good idea), just click the Preview button below the message editor. If everything looks right and the song plays as expected, then click the Post button to save your message.

Thanks for the help 64.

I think I've got my head round it now. Much simpler than it looks at first. :)
