I think it was Charlie Brooker who described Mumford & Sons as Trust Fund Wurzels. I thought it was funny and apt. Hopefully this goes some way to expressing my contempt for them.  This should be listened to LOUD.

If I hadn't read the text with it, I wouldn't necessarily have reached the conclusion that it was a snub at the expense of M&S.  But I did read it, so it's fine.

Can't say I have any strong feelings either way about Mumford, to be honest, although I am increasingly wound up by the Mumford-alike bands that the Music Industry has cobbled together to cash in on them.  Cynical bastards.

As for the piece, it's another helping of Chunk whimsy, beautifully constructed and executed.  I'd love to know what you use to make these tracks.

Cheers Nick, I used 3 soft synths Called Cyclops, Ana and Ace. Re Bumford and Sons. I think it's the fake 19th century farm workers outfits that they wear when their songs don't come anywhere near the quality of the songs that where sung by 19th century farm workers.

Wow, that Cyclop is awsome, now I see where Skrillex gets his sound from.

Classic Chunk. I'm not a huge fan of M&S or Jessie J for that matter but M&S dared to be different and Ms J can definitely sing and write a catchy tune. I am, however, a big fan of the Wurzels :D
