Here's an article with the complete set list from the Leeds show.

Wikipedia has a page about the Wrecking Ball World Tour, of which the Leeds show was a part. It lists all the band members.

Glad you loved it well worth the ticket, agree about the booze prices, but I,ll trump it 4,50 for a beer at Hampden.

I don't understand.  :-\

No, I guess you wouldn't, I remember paying the equivalent of £18 for four cans of beer of dubious heritage from the supermarket near your hut, so £3.80 for a can of equally dubious beer would seem to be non-understandable. However, from Sainsburys, 24 cans will cost you less than £15 some weekends which makes £3.80 look like vulgar profiteering.

Flash, always great to see one of your hero's perform well - I'm glad you enjoyed it. £3.80 for a can of beer seems a little pricey given that John Smiths is normally on the cheaper end of the beer market - however £18 for 4 tinnies is horrific!!! Was that a particularly expensive shop, or simply local taxation?

I've got tickets to see the Boss when he returns to Melbourne next February 16.  Co-incidentally, that is also my birthday.

He is doing two concerts here in our new soccer stadium.  I've never been to the venue so I hope it is comfy (for over 3 hours).  The support act is the Hunters and Collectors who are reforming just for the Springsteen gig.  The "Hunnas" as they are lovingly known around Melbourne, were huge on the pub / club circuit in Australia in the 1980s and 90s.

The tickets were about AU$160 each for the mid range seats.  I could have paid more for the "premium" tickets.  And I'm too old to endure 3-4 hours standing in the general admission area.  I'll leave that for the kids.

cheers,

Ian
