V-Tracks not working for moi

MicroBR a fantastic thing for me, enjoying it loads and learned lots so far (mostly thanks to this forum, thanks for everyones generosity of time, patience and attitude).  Would anyone consider posting a dummies guide to V-tracks (I do know that ALL the tracks are essentially V-tracks.  What would really be great for me (very slow learner) is a one through ten bulleted guide, whereby I have a working example of something simple lets say acoustic rhythm guitar, bass guitar, lead guitar, a vocal and a simple drum usuing v-tracks, right up to the point of bouncing it to this stereo mix I have heard about, but also covering the sticking point for me of getting the v-tracks back the next day after a nights sleep when I have forgotten everything.  Anyone up for this  ta Ginger
