Well I'm not sure if this falls under the category for a Summer song for the fest, but the word "Summer" is used twice in the song. So I left the message icon at a standard status. This is by The Badlees, but I did my own similar version with a different beat and guitar riff. It started out as something else, but I drifted into river mode (no pun intended).

That is a great cover bro - Never heard of the band but I really dig this version! A full seven minutes is great to just sit back and soak in.

Well done, love it!

Exceptional work. Such a masterful performance and an epic, perfect production. Are those real drums? They're amazing. And I loved the bluegrass bit at the end.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. This one was no easy task. I have been working with ProTools now for a few months and there is still sooooo much more to learn. I've always thought that it was the AD/DA drivers that made a difference in how sound projects when recording/mixing. I have heard people mention it's also to do with quality software and VST plugins and I think I'm starting to believe that myself.

This has to be one of the most stubborn and intimidating DAW's I've ever encountered, but the time spent is well worth the effort. Greeny the drums are actually midi files I created and ran through BFD2 drumming software within ProTools. Some of the best sounding drums I've found in VST form.

Thanks again,

Mach
