Had to give this a listen as it was a song we always played in my old covers band.  Excellent backing, but just got a sense that vocally its not the right key for you.  We always had trouble with Bryan Adams songs and had to change the  key a bit.  Please don't take this as criticism, I know from what you've posted on here that you produce some excellent work! As someone who definitely couldn't pull this vocal off, I have to agree with others. Just not in your range. But, hey, I couldn't do it either

Music is superbly done, and ok the voice seems a bit strained, but a good effort nonetheless.
