lets hop in the wayback machine to the summer of 96 for this is a demo of a tune that was supposed to released on a tribute CD .....i don't know if it ever came out or not though . it was recorded in 16 tracks of glorious magnetic Tape ......remember tape?  ;) the back story is this: my pub rock group "Spare Tire" was in the studio making a CD . i overheard the owner of the facility talking about the Paul Revere tribute he was doing so i (being a tremendous fan) apporached him and asked if we could contribute a song . i chose this one because it was fairly obscure and also i dug the tune ....he flipped and said he too loved the song and hell yeah we could record the song . so after our session was over we started recording on his time and i quickly showed the rest of the group my arangement of a song they never heard by a group they never heard of and this was the end result......took about 2 hours to track, overdubb and mix this and i really like how it turned out ...it reflects the funky sound we were diong then . i hope you all can dig this.

Excellent cover. It sounds very professional.

A Paul Revere fest would be cool but I doubt that it would ever get enough votes to win the poll. However, we might include them along with a few other artists from that era in a VarietyFest or something similar. Thanks for the suggestion.
