Hi Guys, thank you all for all your good wishes on my redundacy. The staff gave me an absolutely wonderful send off and didn't stint on their time and effort in making it as painless as possible. I haven't got my head round it yet, it feels like a holiday and I need to get to grips with the feel of never having to get up and go to work anymore. Hopefully I can now finish a little project with DD that was started about 6 months ago as well as being able to take a bigger part in the community that has been so generous in it's comments of my efforts even when they weren't as good as they could have been. I will thank you for your comments on my last song here as I don't want to push it back to the top of the new songs list. I'm not usually that political but just so often I get the feeling I have to to say things through music that I find it so hard to say. Anyway thank you from the real me although I'm not sure who that is at the moment. Willie

Hey Willie... this is a time of life most of us will have to face at some point... I've spent the last 20 years around elderly... my wife and I ran an assisted living home and we lived among them. I would always ask them... "If you could go back and do it all over... what would you do different"... The answer would generally be about the same... Enjoy life a little more and if there is something you want to do... don't hesitate... DO IT!!!... Enjoy your retirement... you've worked hard. Enjoy your time here on planet earth!!!
