Quote from: Mach on June 09, 2013, 02:57:47 PMVery nice! Good timing & I love the layering. Are you using a harmonizer? What kind?
I have a Digitech VL4 I use for some things, but mainly Live performance.
Great cover of a Clapton Classic.

Mach

I´m not using harmonizer. I recorded this via on-board mic of MBR. Kari mixed this on Micro-BR and Audacity.

Hi Ella - awesome vocal tracks, I bet this was a difficult song to do but it works really well.

Päivi (Ella) did a test version of this a couple months ago. As VoiceFest won the poll, I encouraged her to do it again and post it to the Fest.

About producing...all what I can do is mastering each tracks to wav separately (used DanceMix) and mixed them a bit "brighter", less Lo frequencies +2 to +1 and Hi frequences from +1 to +2. I exported tracks to Audacity, panned and normalized tracks.

Kari

ps. Nice job, dear :)

oh that's real interesting Kari - I've never thought of mastering each track separately - I'll definitely give it a go - thanks
