This was was written and recorded in 2 hours two Saturdays ago. I'd only had Garageband for a few days and was showing my son how it worked (whilst still figuring it out myself!).

He started playing around with the piano on there, and came up with a beautiful chord progression. I started playing along on my acoustic, and we figured out the rest from there. So Gabe gets a co-writing credit on the music for this one.

We really loved how it turned out  :)

It features Garageband piano (played by Gabe), Garageband rhythms, plus my real Tanglewood acoustic, Les Paul (x 2), P-Bass & vocals.

Got lots of listening to catch up on I see!  :D

Real nice Greeny! The Garageband piano sounds good as does your acoustic guitar. As I was listening I found myself wanting to hear additional voices in the chorus. Such as an octave voice and maybe some harmonies and sure enough on the ending choruses you added them perfectly. Good song and tell your son he's an excellent co-writer.

Great work as usual. The piano sounds good. The song is well composed. I really like the phrasing at the end of the verses.
