Asking

This started out as an exercise to harmonize A Major on the guitar. Then was something to practice modal playing on. It kinda of took a life of it's own. Think I clipped more than a few times. Will listen to it and see. Will remix it. My fat stubby little fingers are getting harder to move not that I'm wanting to learn all of this stuff.

I called it Asking. Don't know why I just did.

Thanks Redler. I have a new rule now, will not post anything until I have taken enough time away from it and listen to it again. This mix is not good. The feedback on the accoustic guitar is not something I caught. Was going to remix it, but oh my!

This is gonna sound like a dumb question., but what is modal playing? Even though I've been playing guitar for so many years that I care to remember,I've heard the term used quite often but always been a bit embarrassed to ask.

No don't be embarrassed at all. Go on youtube and do a search for David Wallimann. This guy teaches it  very well where it can be understood easily. I have known about the modes since I was a teenager but never knew how to use them.
