I watch bits of it most years
but it's sooo bad now -
My friends in the pub came to the conclusion years ago -that we in Ireland are afraid to put a really good song into it -
just in case we win it -again.
don't know about this years -but whoever the host country was last year -they spent around 200 mill running it-
but on a high note
the talent on this site would wipe the floor with the so called Eurovision songwriters

I've never seen Eurovision and I don't know much about it, but I get the impression that it's all about choreography and pretty girls singing to a backing track. I've never been very interested in watching people sing and dance. I want to see skilled musicians playing their instruments.

that's an interesting opinion in that you do not see singers as skilled musicians . . .
