John had a theory that it is the demo disc we pass out, and I am now inclined to agree with him.  It has stuff like "Melissa" and "Old Man," and a few others.  I thought it had a suitable variety of what we do, but there's nothing super upbeat (or super popular for the Florida scene).  I am to the point where I am willing to fill the disc with Van Morrison, Tom Petty, and (gasp) Jimmy Buffet.  I figure once we get a gig, we can do whatever we want.  If they can us after that, so be it.

Excellent! I like covers that use different instruments than the original. It's a great way to make it your own without straying too far from the original.

Love it. Wonderful vocals an I find it really comforting that your guitar work isn't that different from mine Bruce! you do have a couple of hooks I'd like to incorporate if I ever get to play this with aca again tho. Would be really cool to jam with you one day!
