Gas Attack

Thanks for all the kind comments guys.

Am feeling somewhat guilty, as Behringer are a bit of a rip off merchants, and  I do prefer to support small niche suppliers generally. I saw some second hand Sansamps, but by the time I was going to buy, they'd gone. £170 seemed a bit excessive new, particularly if they didn't cut the mustard after you had a play.

So I went all out and ordered a GDI-21 (guitar), BDI-21 (bass) and ADI-21 (Acoustic). Am still waiting for the bass one. Recorded the acoustic with the ADI-21, recorded with a sound hole Fishman and a separate valve mike and I'm going to have to listen again, but I'm quite stunned by the results. All the pedals were £26 each on Amazon!!! 3 pedals for 1/2 the cost of one Sansamp, hmm.

Am interested on the results from the Sansamp to compare - the results I've got so far, far exceed the sounds on the typical youtube review - so interested in any Sansamp recording, to see if I need to take the next step - or stick where I'm at.

bloody hell Bruno...yes...as Hook said...you are a guitar monster... and then you go into this clean jazzy thing?  wow....
as for me worrying about Behringer doing this or that.... I figure that is what courts are for...to decide stuff like this... so my conscience is clear... I buy quite a bit of Behringer stuff...
but i hear you because i boycott Amazon because I am not a fan of the way they treat their employees and a few other reasons pertaining to other business things...so I guess we all have our causes....lol
back to the song...  I think it's cool that you found new gadgets that motivated you to play this...yes the tones are brutal...
hope you still dig them... I have essentially one guitar multi controller...the Boss ME-25... and then I also use the stuff inside the BR1600....cuz I don't like fiddling that much...
I prefer to plug, press and play...but yes it is cool to find something you really dig....glad this got bumped...

listening now for the 3rd time...and download.....

I didn't realise this was an old post until I read the other comments. I'm glad it's been reposted. What a brilliant bluesy rock track. You are a great guitarist. I loved all the tones on this, the clean guitar at the end was fab. :)
