Doesn't quite sound like your voice -- maybe it's that high harmony.

I've always liked this song, and XTC generally. But I've never liked the gimmick of using a child's voice to make a song sound profound. So I particularly like hearing an adult's voice from beginning to end -- even more than Sarah McLachlan's version.

Always loved XTC. This song is kinda mid table in their list for me. The lyric though is one of my favorites of all.
