Monitors

I invested in some Powered (shielded) Monitors awhile back...
 but on some stuff they seem to fade in and out is it my Speakers my PC or God?....... please Help

How do you have it set up? First thing I would check are the cables and connections. If you can hook up the monitors to something else (like a home stereo system or even an mp3 player) you can isolate the problem.
