Oldrottenhead

is as as much about my home town as it is about she who shall not be named. in my home town only strong views are held about her , all negative.

prior to her arrival we built the finest ships that sailed the seven seas, had a factory making sewing machines that was so large it had it's own power station and train station, full employment and a highly skilled and proud workforce.

today Children from Clydebank and it's neighbouring Glasgow City districts suffer from the highest rates of poverty in Scotland with worrying implications for the area’s future in everything from employment to health and education to crime. the ladies legacy.

so i have strong views about her, but i was brought up not to speak ill of the dead.

And I thought the political song was dead.

I was clearly quite wrong. And I think that speaking ill of the dead is a rule made to be broken. I remember vividly the miners strike, many of my family were miners, I have friends who were miners. I have not got a good word to say about her and her divisive policies. And here we go again.

Anyone got a bedroom free?
We are here on Earth to fart around. Don't let anybody tell you any different

Just a great tune to start with, just agree with your sentiments totally, can,t bring my self to celebrate someone dying, but her politics devastated whole parts of this country while others made their fortune, divisive to say the least.
