Hey, I'm Will.  I've been in this group for about 2 weeks or so, but haven't had much time to get on here to post or check out other peoples material to learn from and/or get inspiration from.  Look forward to being on here more.  My vocals are LESS than desirable, but I have no OTHER vocalists.  Have a bass, a couple electrics, a couple 6 string acoustics, a 12 string acoustic, 2 keyboards, electronic drums, some mics and a TASCAM 2488 neo recording console where the CD burner just went out so I'm playing the mixes over the monitors and recording them on MP3 files.  Obviously FAR from ideal, but can still commit the songs to machine for later reference.  Offer this info just to give background on equipment.  Been writing for a few years (lyrically), but picked it up more so after getting out of military.  In school for audio engineering, but still love writing.  Looking forward to "meeting" you guys soon.  Take care.

Hi Will. Like Nick said this is a great site and there's plenty of great guys (and a few girls) who';; give you plenty of support. Its nearly 3 years since I joined and though I'm not the most prolific poster its encouraged me to keep playing music since my last band split up a few years ago. Re vocals, i was the same but with encouragement here I think I've improved since I started - or at least I'm no longer embarrassed about posting my songs. I love this site !

welcome will! It seems you play all your instruments, I do too, including real drums. takes a lot of time and effort doing everything but then, it is easier to make music yourself the way you see it and would have it played. have fun!
