Hello everyone, hope you all good This is a live performance recorded by a local producer (Mr David Booth @ the recording Booth) whom runs an open mic night I attend in the little Suffolk village of Debenham... He was kind enough to record my set which I opened with this...

Great song Dan. I really like the lyrics, you have some solid lines, like
 "There's nothing much around here worth taking
Because everybody seems to up and leave"

The chorus has all great lines and the melody is very catchy.

Nice performance and great writing.

Hey Daniel, live recordings always get my attention. Especially if it's just a guy (or gal) and a guitar. Great work on songwriting, vocal, and acoustic guitar! Also kudos to the guy that recorded you...he did well.

Thanks all... @ McCoy... wow, someone told me that at another open mic night, only once i had got home i could only remember 'Al'... after watching some Al green videos i figured the guy was joking!!!

Year of the cat... now on a 'thon... might be back soon

+ Mr Jackson... Yes I have only recently met Mr Booth...  The soundman, but my gut feeling is that he's the guy i need to work with.. I only added a little distortion to the mix he gave me, i do between 7-17% about -11 at the threshold...
