Something I wrote last night, did a quick take of what i had this afternoon, it's 1st draft stuff really, wondered how much messing it needed...(?)
Getting into my mix voice nicely, but it's fluffy as hell right now, too much shouting from the throat! Bad times... Time + H2O, needed then i must remember... No shouting!!!
Hope you like it as it is anyways, I did do a little mixing, so it moves about a bit in the phones...

LYRICS:

I really wanna talk to you
Say all the things I shouldn't do
I wanna stop the world when I'm there by your side
I wanna stop the world when I'm seen in the light

Does anybody talk the truth?
A word?
A fact?
A living proof?
I'll never stop the world but I'll be by your side
I'll never stop the world but we'll be seen in the light and singin' out

It's alright it's OK
They'll never build those barriers
I'll carry us over the line we fall
Singing out!
It's alright it's OK
I'll never let them shatter us or scatter us under the waterfall

It's alright it's OK
They'll never build no barrier
I'll carry you over the line you fall
I'll sing it out
I'll never let them bury you
I'll treasure you
Over the line you fall (etc...)

Great ballad, keep it natural if you go for a second take, but I would call it a song
hou hou ha ha

Nice song. I don't think this needs much more, it sounds great as it is as an acoustic ballad.
It would be interesting tho, to hear what it coud grow in to. (I can hear some bass and drums here and maybe an electric guitar and some keyboards...) ;D ;D ;D
