I wouldn't normally sing Barbra Streisand but this is one of my favourite songs, from one of my favourite films - A Star is Born (1976) - I know all the words to all the songs in this film, I was 11/12 ish at the time! I didn't quite get around to it for the 70s fest although I wanted to

A duet originally but I don't let a little thing like that put me off - recorded separately, vox on the Rode (sounds like a song title there).

Oh thanks guys - it was a challenge to sing both parts, I had to get down real low to sing some of Kris' notes in this key!

WOW, there is something very cool going on with your vocal on this one, sharp, smooth, full, crisp, I am grasping for words, but there is a quality, a tone here that is very cool.  A little jazzy almost.  very cool.

You've been catching up haven't you - it did this on the Rode it makes such a difference. If you liked this you should really check out It's Impossible - it's the same tone only a million times better (and with lovely Alfredo) - I'd give it a listen just for Alfredo's middle section instrumental
