Hi Haylie, I'm listening to this at work and not a guitar in site which is a real shame because I really wanted to join in. I think this is my favourite from you so far but as I've said before, I think you're growing as a composer with every song you do. Top notch...............Willie

Oh thanks Willie - I've been doing the songwriting course 64 recommended and used one of their techniques, gaining weight (yeah no jokes from those lucky few that have actually seen me!). I'm really pleased with it. (I've worked out what the hiss is on the recording now, I think - should have disabled the Noise Suppressor on the BR.)

If you want to do anything with it, that'd be really cool - let me know if you want the WAV file and I'll try to rerecord it without the hiss (this was live, 1 track on the internal mics)

thanks Jarle - I deliberately roughed up the vox with this to fit the song . . . there's no hiding with these 'naked' songs!

Thanks Joe - oh dear I fear I have a recording technique that not many Soundcrafters have used before - I put some ironing on top of the piano and propped up the BR at an angle to the left - then pressed record. It's done in one take, litlr, simultaneously with the tight EQ cosm and nothing else.
