About the lyric: I was reminiscing  how much the blues influenced my early years as a musician and they still do. One of my favorite listens was an album conceived by Al Kooper and featuring the work of guitarists Mike Bloomfield and Stephen Stills. Gary Carciello sent over this bluesy backing track to see if I wanted to do anything with it. This is what I did with it: I decided to tip my hat to the late, great Sonny Boy Williamson and let my Sonny Boy Jackson out to play. So '62 Blues was created.
