This is my contribution to 70s fest.
Hymn from Barclay James Harvest, Gone to Earth released in 77.
I do not have TJ so this is recorded with acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, drums and a crappy keyboard.

i so enjoyed this. i don't know the original but it has a hypnotic feel and reminds me a little of george harrison. really enjoyed the production and emotion in your voice. gentle and moving with that wonderful 70s vibe going on too.

Genuine 70's vibes. I think this is what this festival was created for.

Yeah, I'm not familiar with BJH at all - should be, but I'm not.

This sounds fantastic, though.

Excellent! Makes me want to check out more of Barclay James Harvest's music, which I'm not familiar with at all. I'd heard of the band before but never heard their music. I suspect they might not have been as popular in North America as they were in Europe.

I love the drumming in this one, and the way the song builds.

Brilliant, don't know the original either but this is fantastic regardless. You have captured something special in your version, great work as always!
