tim has asked me to do this duet with him for ages but i was scared stiff! however with all your lovely encouragement for my attempt i decided to have a go...and i mean A go! (greeny only ever allows one take!)
tim has ordered me to apologise for all the mike fluffs!

What a wonderful cover of this great song. I don't think I've ever heard the Gram Parsons & Emmylou Harris version before but I'm quite familiar with the versions by Nazareth, The Everly Brothers, and Roy Orbison. You two have done a splendid job. The vocals sound fabulous. Your voices go together like Fish & Chips. And I love the guitars, especially the tremolo and vibrato.

Could there be a Scratchy & Greeny album coming in the not-too-distant future?

thanks so much for your kind words. of course greeny mananges to partially cover up my own amateurness with his genius. it's amazing to watch him work...does it all so quickly. we only decided to have a crack at this at 10.30 last night and he just worked his magic. it's hard to do him justice but it was fun working with him! thanks for your support. really appreciated.amazing to think i have a proper post on this board! i love listening to all your wonderful music and am always amazed by the talent here.

Oh yes this is a very cool duet! I used to play the Everly Bros. version of this in an acoustic trio group that I was a member of. This brings back those memories. You've both done well on this cover with the vox blending nicely!
