ORH, you are correct about live pitch correction. I use a plugin called Auto Tune which can also be used in live
performances. Works very well. Antares is the producer of it.

There will always be the select few that actually enjoy listening to out-of-tune instruments and vocalists.

I find these things interesting. But do they work in live performance and are they dead easy to use?  I ask because our band are always having to change keys of songs which changes the sound of the song for the worse, this to accommodate the girl singer. Some songs are ruined by another key, then we have to either change key or chuck them which is a shame. I am trying to convince her and myself that this or the boss one may get rid of the constant key changing of songs that should not be changed.
