I, too, listened to the new Henwrench version as I missed this the first time through. But I have to say I really, really like this song. This is killer, straight up, top shelf, damned fine. I love that outro, too. The synth sounds leading all the way up to the end.

Missed this the first time. Listened to all three version now. They are all good in their own way, but I think I prefer the one with henwrench additions. Then again it is really good to see and hear you play the acoustic version.

Tim this song of yours has really got to me , what a brilliant melody & chord sequence , the vid has made it come alive even more ,  you are a fabulous songwriter & story teller , & one who deserves to be heard by a wider audience , I can't believe you don't use barre chords or partial chords further up the neck although you get such a good sound with open chords & your right hand makes such a difference though with different strumming patterns & touch.
Altogether a top song , one I would love to cover one day
Oh oh , forgot to mention The old bird henny , great additions our kid
