Lovely sounds and story-telling.

And I adore the clucking-strat sound (it's kind of a pity Mr Knopfler did such a good job using it that we all associate that sound/style with him now :D)

   All that I need
Is just a piece of paper
To say a few lines
Make up my mind
So she can read it later
When I'm gone

WOW - WHAT A TOP COLAB!!!

I also got the Knoplfer vibe strait away (no pun intended!).

The guitar is MK styled but there was also a vibe of the early Dire Straits albums in the vocal and general style of the song, would love to here more like this!!

Cheers burtog, the guitar on the lead stuff is a Michael Kelly as seen in this pic,I have said this a million times Im sure, but for your money you will never get a better guitar, still reasonably under the muso radar but an incredible guitar, coil taps etc.
I've got a fair selection, les paul, tokia etc but this has been my main guitar,if you are in the U.S.A your in luck, just check them out,you will not be disappointed .
