Swamp Cooler Acoustic Redo

Hello all. Back in November I did an acoustic version of swamp cooler. The levels was all off and I have been messing with it and eventually redid it using the techniques 64G showed me in Audacity.

Some anomaly is occurring in this song. It sounds like there is a hint of a phaser effect and there is no phaser on anything.

I must be a perfectionist. There are little things that I still don't like. Playing this song on an acoustic soloing anyway is harder than I thought it would be.

This version is more in line the pickling a horny toad version. LOL  

The second one is a comparison. Levels were still wrong

The guitar riff... the solo on acoustic guitar are excellent

Very tasty. Like Tommy, I was "expecting" a vocal after the intro - it's got the stage set perfectly for someone to step up to the mic.

Those acoustic leads are sounding superb. How heavy are your strings on the thing? Sounds heavy enough to get a cool tone - but then some of the stuff you were doing should really hurt!

Thanks Andy I'm using Elixer 11's. Finger tips get sore. lol my fat fingers don't want to move.

Been playing with the levels on this using 64G's instruction. I put up the last remix on the player above. I'm happy with that. Thanks again 64G.

I think that OHR did some vocals on the original swamp cooler. Can't remember

Ah, 11s aren't too bad - that's what I have on all my electrics!

(I think my acoustics are 12s)
