Here's our song for HomeMadeFest! I built the RedlerBow slide guitar. Here's some pics of it: https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=17311.0;msg=215390

I tuned the strings to D and A and used drinking glass as "slide". Unfortunately the RB sounded good only on a few spots. Recorded on BR-80 using on-board mics via texas overdrive-effect.

The drums = 200 litre empty barrel... At first I had to unearth it from the snow! Recorded outdoors in -15 Centigrade on BR-80.

Thanks to James! You did great job on lyrics and vocals...

Enjoy ;)

Great work, gentlemen. The RedlerBow sounds fantastic! Hard to believe it was recorded with the BR's mics. Sounds like a guitar pickup. What a great sound. The drums and vocals are cool too. And I like the sudden stops and restarts at 1:26 and 1:28.

The mics are very good and sensitive on BR-80! When not playing there's quite high hissing noise (and the wall clock tick tock ended to the track, as well. I cleaned them out on Audacity.

I got the idea to build this guitar here: http://makeprojects.com/Project/The+Diddley+Bow/14/1#.URMgHR1WySo

There's good related vids on YouTube, too....
