I have an old DOD fuzz that sounds a bit like that although not quite so over the top. If you want a crazy pedal for fuzz, try the Z-Vex Fuzz Factory. Eery time I put it in the signal chain, I break into laughter. There are plenty of useable sounds, but you really have to fight the pedal (yes, fight) to get it to cooperate.

I am persoally gassing for a Hermida Zendrive. I have been toyingwith this for years, but I am at one of my peak moments currently.
