1977- As a kid I found the record section of the library and checked out everything from Kenny Rodgers to Judas Priest.The first Billy Joel LP I remember finding was The Nylon Curtain and I loved it, of course I got the rest of his catalog and have always really dug his songwriting. I definitely notice his influence on my own writing. The cello was a bit hard on this because of the key changes so I tracked the part out over three tracks.

Splendid version of one of Billy Joel's best. The chorus in particular is fabulous, your vocal is stunning in this part Hook and adding the TJ cello just adds to the beauty of it all.
