Geir, you are quite right - as I was recording it I was thinking I probably wouldn't do half the stuff I do if it wasn't for Songcrafters (I'll leave you to decide whether that's a good thing or not!)

People always think every word that comes out of my mouth is true when I sing (well usually) and I take that as a huge compliment on my delivery - it's not all true though, although I am definately 48. I'll leave the rest for you to decide which is true and which isn't 

I don't know what lies ahead for me or even whether it will include performing but whatever it is, I firmly believe it's going to be good xx

I can relate to a lot of this. Thank goodness for Songcrafters, eh?! The simple and direct delivery is perfect, as is the balance of comedy and pathos - makes for a very powerful lyrical impact. Excellent stuff. And never, ever be tempted to do X-Factor!

humor and hell thinking on this one. like a john prine (we talked about 'dear abby') song makes you laugh but at the same time ...  it's a very rare quality and I enjoy it a lot
