Awesome take, Geir and Jarle!!! The bottles sounds like flutes! I think it was sure hard job to tune on right tuning. I can hear even harmonies!! Great job on rhythm track, too!!

Fantastic entry on the HomeFest, and the tune itself is really good and melodic! I'm on my fifth listening!! Superb!!!

Excellent! I love what you did with the bottles. How did you play the chords? Did you each blow across a couple of bottles at the same time? It sure sounds like more than two notes at a time in some places. Or did you overdub to build up the chords? If so, it sure is tight. I don't hear any leading or lagging notes in the chords. Really well done, guys!

Oh yes! Spot on. I love this. What fantastic creativity.

Chords played on bottles and adding to the rhythmic content is inspired. Who needs expensive guitars when a few household objects, a decent microphone and sometrhing to plug it into means that this quality can be created.

It does take a couple of planet brained vikings to do it though. Now if I could bottle that, I'd be a millionaire.

This is inspirational guys.

This piece is incredibly interesting. A bit like Stomp, but a lot better ^_^
Most of all, it sounds really professional and recorded to perfection - what equipment have you used?

It definitely stands out and what a good listen it is. Well done mate!

Thank you for the kind comments.

It was a fun song to make as we had no idea how it would end up when we started it :D

We first recorded the bass note in three takes as we had to retune the bottle (we only had one big bottle). Then we took one bottle each for the next takes to complete the chords.

This was all recorded with my brothers new BR800 (yes he finally got his own ;) ) and we used my Behringer B2 pro condenser mic for all the tracks.
