The very notion cheered me up immensely.

                                            henwrench

  Round and round
  Goes the Ant Death Circle
  Round and round
'Til they're dead on the ground
  When the Ant God
  Asked them why
  They said 'Better to follow
  Something that smells
Rather than a god who would
  Make us a hell
  In His name'.

  Up flew the Ant God
  High in the sky
  Wreaking His vengeance from
  High in the sky
  When the ant people
  Asked Him why
  He said 'Better to follow
  Someone who kills
Rather than a smell that will
  Take you to Hell
  In my name'.

Loved it from the opening note. Superb guitar and bass interaction followed by a smorgasbord of sumptuous, melodic weirdness. Everything I could want and more. Absolutely love it. A masterpiece! So damn good I'm pressing that replay button right now...

Greeny

This is so f*cking brilliant!

Quirky but excellent ditty! I love this style. The bass, guitar, and vocals all are very individual but they meld together so well. Yep this is on a musical road that I enjoy traveling....nice work henwrench!

Woah!! :)

I love the interplay between the bass & guitars, vocals are right on the money, and really interesting lyrics.

(and I must confess, the lyrics to a song rarely jump out to me on first listen - on first listen, I'm more into the sounds of words and how they fit in the rest of the arrangement, if you know what I mean? So I must conclude here that your choice of words and how they were sung sound particularly good to these ears)

One of your best.

I love how you put it all together. It's really happening - bright and smooth, jiggly and full of flavour...like a jelly salad - breaking the mold yet holding shape. I'll take seconds, was that a radish? ...mmmm cream cheese.
