Another Holiday Tradition

So when you buy a Christmas tree, they cut the end off the trunk so that the tree can take more water when installed in your domicile.  I've been collecting them.

My son pesters constantly to eat the chocolate decorations on ours. In the end I said, go on then take the lot and stop mithering. My husband caught him laden down with chocolate baubles. George said, "Well mummy said I could!" Apparently irony is lost on a 9 yr old!
