It takes 6.5 hours to install it these days. And we're late, with only five days to go... but the yule kinda snuck up on us.

Well I went to bed at 4am and my husband's alarm clock went off at 5.45am - no wonder I look so haggard!

Very nice lights Chezedog! My house is similar but without the inflatables and lights and the cars in my driveway aren't as nice.
