I've booked the day off work just in case. Where I work is near a river estuary 44 miles from where I live. I'm staying at home on higher ground where I should be out of reach of any tsunami and with my family! I'm sure nothing's going to happen though! How many end of the world scares have we had this last few years ? If I survive the day its our Christmas boys' night out that evening to start the festivities followed by 5 days off work.

I'll be at work most of the day. Hopefully the last one for like 11 as I celebrate not having to work for a week or more. I don't buy into the end of the world crap going around, although I admit there's enough evil shit going on that you could see how end times are on the way. Drone bombings killing kids, school shootings, school stabbings, not to mention the crazy misinterpretation of a people who died out a thousand years ago or more. Actually, come to think of it, I might be sure to call some people up and tell em I love em.

i'll be taking my daughter ice skating. tho i do worry what my mate stix will be doing as he has a tattoo written in mayan with the date on his arm. hopefully all is will pass without incident as we are going to see his old band the dolphins on the 28th.
