I love this song even though it's a downer. The Bottle Rockets are my favorite band so I figured I'd do one of theirs for the fest. Here is a link to their original song via youtube: http://youtu.be/UmqES7nrVDI?t=46s

On my cover I recorded the acoustic onto two tracks one DI and one via a condenser mic. I have one track of single note guitar between verses and of course the vocal track. Thanks for listening.

I'm getting some of those meloncholy trousers for Christmas, what a coincidence.

That's a great sounding guitar. I'm not familiar with the song (or the band, come to that), but I enjoyed listening to your version. Nice unresolved ending.

I listened to this the other day and got interrupted before I could comment. I love the premiss for this song. I love what you did with the guitars, hell I love your version. I'm gonna put it on my to-do wishlist coz it fits my melancholy trousers too.

Don,t know the song but will check it out, or maybe just stick with this version, cause I love this lots, great recording and love your vox on this, top stuff!!!
