Blooby

I was just morbidly thinking last night that as I get older, I have to be prepared for more of my musical heroes passing. First headline I read this morning was about Ravi.  Haven't felt this way since Miles passed.

I am happy I caught him a few times at Canegie Hall in the early 80's along with Alla Rakah and Ali Akbar Khan.

Glad he lived a long, full life.

I've been on a Norah Jones kick lately. Very cool how talented blood runs in the family. I read somewhere that his other daughter is also an accomplished sitar player.
