loys, i forgot how young you were. so yes, it will happen in time. back in my teens i took up bass, i learned all the bass lines to songs i liked, after i had all these scales and bass licks at hand, i then started feeling more comfortable finding my own style.

your own style is best found on doing original songs, cause you are not so bound to follow along to a cover song. it could be as simple as how you bend your strings, or the sound of your guitar through the amp, fx, whatever.

again a good way is to start writing your own songs, and your own leads for your songs is doing original songs. if you have recording capabilites, i would be more than glad to provide bass and drums, maybe vox, for any original composition you might create.

that said, do you only play guitar! just asking cause, if you ever decide to collaborate with anyone here, it is good to know all the instruments you can play. i tend to be a hard rocker - metalhead, but i like a lot of classic rock era music which entails many genre's. my list of cover songs here show i can do soft music as well as hard. but harder edged rock,  progressive, and psychedelia are among my favs.

Seriously, excellent playing. Wish I could play lead guitar so well (or even at all)!
