On a breeze, a glow of rose and cheer
Woke myself and thought I'd go and see her
   But I know she's gone to Crows-An-Wra

On the road, I saw a child in tears
He said, 'My Ma, she gone and done the deal'
   And I know she's gone to Crows-An-Wra

   What do they do
   At Crows-An-Wra?

Crows-An-Wra (pronounced 'Ray') is small hamlet on the road to Lands End, about 3-4 miles east. There is a crossroads there. Nothing happens in Crows-An-Wra. Or does it?  ;)

I'm glad it was explained, us poor grockles stood no chance. She could have gone anywhere for all I knew.  ;D Now I know I feel a bit uneasy about the place and will try and find an alternative route if possible. You're on a roll, another winner.........Willie

Oh dear......a new Hen-man-witch to love and listen to until it turns the edges of my brain to a funny goat cheese smelling substance...almost a kind of waltz.  Sounds like you have Launched there in the background there, was he tending the bar?  Wicked.
