You Thought it was gonna be Pink Floyd eh? :D Nope it`s Incubus. A really kick ass band.

I got carried away on this wanting just to do the acoustic tracks but it sounded way too naked. I assure you that i used all acoustic guitar on this with the br-80 mics and a l`il delay. I tried to emulate the DJ sound scratching the strings. One bass track and the drums were all done on my Iphone using the Impaktor and drumjam apps. I bought them so might as well use them.

Yep you got me. The Floyd was the first thing that came to mind. While Pink's is a Classic awesome tune this is equally as frikkin' awesome as Incubus' wish you were here. Man your talented. Great Job!

I thought this is PF cover, too... I'm not familiar with the original. You did it again...excellent job! The percussion tracks are just superb!! Sounds there's a human being behind the drums!! It sounds so lively!!

I'll second that comment Mach , Eric is one hell of a talented guy , but I think it is since he really let go as a vocalist that his talent has become complete , and he is getting better all the time , I'm a massive fan

Hook

this was quite the popular song here in Tampa a few years ago and I have heard it covered so many times by solo guys, duos and bands and never heard it done as well as this. I dig it much more than the original! There's an urgency in your take that I think the song originally lacked. Your playing is so unbelievably precise and your vocals are awesome, when the chorus comes in its so full, very cool! This fest has really lit a fire under your ass and I couldn't be happier to listen to it's crackle!
Rock ON!

Beyond enjoying this on a listening level, I get so sucked into your productions.

Crazy good.

I really know nothing about this band, but "Dig" is a guilty pleasure of mine. A very well constructed tune.

Outstanding in every way.  You are getting some serious milage out of your humble collection of recording gear.....BR-80, check.......I-Phone, check.....Acoustic guitar, check.........vocal chords made from polished steel and dipped in honey, check.....awesome swagger and attitude and hell-yeah-ness, double check.  Fantastic.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places
