Paul and I are proud of our recent track that I posted and amongst the replies Jim (Old Rotten Head) asked to add his vox so I sent him the basic track he added his vox and I redid the solo/melody guitar this time I used my Les Paul......
Thanks for this Jim it means a lot to both Paul and I.......

Hope you like his excellent lyrics and vox 8)

Maybe there's another way
A different way of doing things
If we could just step outside ourselves
And see what's really there
Maybe there's another way
Of looking at the things we see
Looking through another's eyes for the day
Throw away the blinkers
And try to see for once
Maybe there's another way
Maybe there's another way
Of getting through the day to day
Giving everyone a helping hand
We're all in this together
You can't do it on your own
Maybe there's another way
Maybe there's another way
That doesn't involve fear or hate
No them or us
But only we
We're all in this together
Can't do it on our own
Maybe there's another way
another way

As I said previously, the song without vocals was already very nice, with an excellent recording, really good sound of the Baby Taylor and  cool electric guitar part...
The result of all these talents is a great and fabulous original and collab
Paul, Mike, Jim, you all made a great job!!!

just back from walking the dog with this on repeat on my piepod, mike your lead is beautiful, just perfect. subtle and restraint a thing a lot of so called guitarists have a tendency to forget. magic.

and paul you a lit a fire for us.

question: taylor's lament https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=16797.0

i assumed that was the name of the tune. but had a peak over in the cool-lab and am now confused. is that the name of you guys as a band/duo?
