Actually, I would think that Pedro would be grateful when people link to files stored offsite rather than uploading the files here. I don't know how much server space he has but I'm sure that it's not unlimited. And with the big increase in forum activity since Christmas, that server space will be consumed quickly. So, unless Pedro says otherwise, I'd say don't upload files here that are already stored offsite. In that case, it makes much more sense to just link to the file. If you have the URL of the offsite MP3 file, you can paste the link into the dewplayer MP3 player gadget. It will work just the same with files stored offsite as it will with files attached to the message.

The idea of this forum is to share songs that were created on the Micro BR. Where those songs are stored is irrelevant. However, we can help Pedro conserve space by linking to offsite files whenever possible rather than uploading them to his server.
