Please Help with the Drum Pattern Arranger

Hi

I installed the Drum Pattern Arranger and opened it and an error message popped up, it says:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Could someone please help me in solving this problem?

You need to install the Microsoft .NET Framework:

That's Weird... I installed the .NET Framework but it still has an error message, except this time it says 0xc000007b instead of what it said before...  ???
