[youtube] tags now accept shortened YouTube URLs

The YouTube tags have always accepted full YouTube URLs such as:

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDChVcLWpGc[/youtube]

But quite some time ago, YouTube started offering shortened URLs that look like this: http://youtu.be/YDChVcLWpGc. Unfortunately, if you used these shortened URLs with our [youtube][/youtube] tags, you'd get a "#Invalid YouTube Link#" error, so you had to delete the "http://youtu.be/" part, leaving just the video ID.

[youtube]YDChVcLWpGc[/youtube]

That method will still work but it is no longer necessary. I have modified the code so that it will now allow the complete shortened URL, like this:

[youtube]http://youtu.be/YDChVcLWpGc[/youtube]

That should make it easier to insert YouTube videos into messages.

I've updated the YouTube instructions in the Guide to indicate that step 4 is no longer required.
