Haven't Been Here in Ages

Work has been burdensome over the last few months, which explains how scarce I have been.

Anyhow, I was feeling rather spartan and was posting this minimalist instrumental track with the thought that others may want to add an item or two.  Right now, it's just acoustic guitar with some (too?) subtle synth.  I was mainly just trying to score a good acoustic sound.

Not as clean as I would like and ended a note early but such is life.

Nice to be back.

That I like, a real soft Celtic feel to it. I'll try and get a bit of Bodhran to it if you like, but it won't be for a little while. May have a few words too, but again, not for a few days, so if anyone else gets in there first ( ORH probably ), no probs.
I think maybe  bagpipes nice and subtle in the background somewhere too?
Just my opinion, of course.

I think you have dropped the bottom E by a tone. It makes the acoustic sound wonderful.

Funnily enough, I thought tin whistle but not having one to hand I picked up my flute and had a quick jam along.

D is so much nicer than B flat.

Thanks for the kind words, folks.  I also was imagining some mid-register flute or violin. 

It'd be great if somebody gave it a whirl, even if kazoo through a Marshall stack.
