Help (again, sorry) - Big Problem With Corrupt Track

I had this problem for a while but it's settled down. I can't say why but I wondered if there might be a bad spot (Bit) on the chip and when you use that bit it craps out.
You would think you could just export and import back into a new location but once the bad bit is in the song it recurs.
I have had some success with saving out and then importing just one track at a time until the bad one showed up and eliminating it.

Other times it seemed like it was usually on a bounce or master and those times cleaning up the tracks did help.
