" Tossin' & Turnin' " a Hook original

[Hook]

I've been working on this one most of this week, I think I started on Monday. The tune itself has been over 10 years in the making. I wrote the verse riff and a similar chorus a long time ago. I aslo had the lyric up to the line "Trade My briefcase for a paper bag" but could never get any further. I decided to record it and finish it over last weekend. I recorded the guitar and rewrote the music for the chorus, did the percussion and bass. managed to tackle the lyric, but took me a few sittings. I added the thumbjam and mixed and mastered this morning. All done on the MBR.

Great song Bro, one full of meaning. The music industry in a tough one - and 'living the dream' is a tough road. I think I swapped my guitar for a briefcase many, many years ago - a now play just for the love of it. Despite that, there has been long periods where I simply haven't played - this site is a great outlet, and re-kindles that desire to produce music
